MANILA, Philippines -- (UPDATE5) The Eraserheads Reunion Concert was cut short Saturday night after lead singer Ely Buendia was rushed to the Makati Medical Center due to overfatigue. The concert's sudden end was announced by Buendia's sister Lally who went onstage after a 20-minute intermission of the planned 30-song concert. Raimund Marasigan also came out onstage, followed by Marcus Adoro and Buddy Zabala who assisted Buendia's sister in announcing that the concert would no longer continue. They asked for prayers for the band's lead singer and songwriter. "He had a slight attack because of stress due to the recent passing of his mother, and their sound check which lasted till 3 a.m. today (Saturday)," said officials from MTV Philippines, who added that Buendia is now in stable condition. MTV Philippines is the concert's organizer. "We have gotten word that he is now stable," said MTV Philippines director for marketing Ronald Esguerra in an interview with INQUIRER.net. According to Jing Garcia, former music journalist and currently technology editor at Manila Times and a friend of the members of the Eraserheads, Buendia collapsed backstage after singing "Fruitcake," the last song before the intermission. "He sat onstage after singing Fruitcake. The audience thought he was acting," Garcia told INQUIRER.net, quoting MTV Philippines officials. Buendia has suffered a heart attack in the past and has undergone surgery. The band members apologized to the audience for cutting short the reunion concert. The concert, which was staged at the Fort Bonifacio Global City open field in Taguig, started at around 8:15 p.m. and stopped for a break at around 9:30 p.m. MTV Philippines' Francis Lumen eventually went onstage to ask the audience for a minute of silence. The Eraserheads opened their much-awaited reunion concert with their usual high energy level, opening with the songs "Alapaap" and then "Ligaya." After waiting at the open field for an hour hoping for further developments, loyal fans of the band calmly left the concert area after being treated to a thrilling first set.

Late this afternoon was our Capping and Candle lighting ceremony and we were so blessed and lucky to be qualified and ready to move on the next level of nursing. I cannot thank God enough for everything. He is just so amazing.
I don't know why I am here in this profession but hell yeah, I am definitely going for it. I soooo waaant to achieve this degree now. Thank you to everyone who believed in me, supported and trusted me that I will pass, THANKS THANKS!!

Well it's been 2days since nalaman ko na passed ako and qualified na mag-capping, and kahit nauna kong nalaman yung result ng akin.. kaninang umaga nga eh lumabas na yung list, well I AM PROUD TO SAY that: Out of the 12 sections, OUR SECTION ANG PINAKAMARAMING PUMASA!! 39 out of 46!!Going for 42 pa yan kasi magttake pa ng exams ang 3 kong friends, and I know kaya nila yun. tapos may 2 pa din magttake.. SEE? THANK YOU LORD!!
SObrang thank you and angsaya-saya ko talaga, as the president of our section, ansarap ng feeling na samin yung pinakamaraming passed, tapos lahat pa ng friends ko pasok.. alam ko pati yung mga magttake kaya nila yan, I believe and I know God will help them.. Ambait-bait ni Lord, hindi niya kami pinabayaan.. Tapos hindi lang ito ang binigay sakin ni Lord kundi pati na rin yung sobrang gandang samahan namin ngayon ni Kevs, alam ni Lord kung gano ko kamahal ang samahan at mismong si kevs :) and to have a better samahan with him is soooooooooooooooooooo paying off what I have done for the past weeks, sa lahat ng hirap ko.. sa lahat ng sacrifices ko for other people, most especially yung manuscript namin ng Case Study na 2 days ako walang tulog.. these happenings are such BIG BIG BLESSINGS, and I know Lord knows what's good for us. I am currently enjoying seconds, minutes, hours and days dahil dito. I do hope that these will continue and that solid parin kami, and sana makapasa yung kapwa ko presidents and friends na magttake ng removals.. kaya nyo yan!! LOTSA LOVE SEKSYONDEE! CONGRATS BIGTIME!! Most especially to La Familia et Ganda :) You made me sooooooooo happy and PROUD!!

First time ko kasi sa Case Study and talagang pinaghirapan ko though hindi kasingganda ng gusto kong results dahil sa mga EPAL na tao. Totoo naman eh. Anyhoo, it's finally over. 3 days ata ko walang tulog dahil doon, and wala talaga kong panahong makapagrelax during the processing period, and finally, yesterday, pinabind na sya and yehey kahit may mga butas pa din yung manuscript, alam ko na pinaghirapan KO at ng mga PILING tao ang case study na to. Ansarap-sarap talaga ng feeling pag natatapos ang isang bagay na alam mo na sooobra mong pinaghirapan :)
Movie trailer.. hmm ansaya, tapos na din eh. Tapos na din ang role ko as Lumnay, ang dakilang BAOG na asawa ni PJ na pinagpalit ako kay Celine. Haha! Yehey tapos na din ang pagpplay ng sweet roles with PJ. ^&%^$#@@!! hindi ko talaga kaya, nakakatawa eh. haha! Yehey tapos na yun :) 96 kami, not bad :)
Lately, moi and Kevs ay sobrang nagkukwentuhan and talk talk talk, hmm namiss na nya ko? haha! *hope so*, but sobrang saya ko lang talaga, alam naman ng aking La Familia kung gano ang simpleng bagay konektado sakanya ang nakakapagpasaya sakin. I still miss him. And sobrang saya ko kasi kahit na super stressed ako, nung days ng processing ang Case study eh andyan sya to make me happy dahil sa simpleng jokes and kalokohan nya.

Ngayong tapos na exams parang ansarap-sarap tumanga at magpahinga at gawin ang kahit ano. Ansarap-sarap maglaro ng trickster magdamag! haha! Msarap sulitin habang andyan pa ang free time dahil after this week ay sunod-sunod na kabusy-han na naman, dami ko pa aasikasuhin at trabaho. skul works.. hay. Buhay estudyante at presidente ng klase.
Trickster lang talaga pambawi ko. Haha! Ansarap talaga ng feeling, para kang nakawala sa preso? Wahaha. So this week lustahan ng pera muli, mukhang makakasama ko na muli ang iba kong friends.. pero may friends akong sadyang gustong-gusto ko ng makita pero hay basta. Nakakawindang sobraaa at hindi ko pa kayang tanggapin. Madaming bagay pang dapat maayos at sana maayos.
Iisipin ko nalang muna yung masasayang bagay, lalo kagagaling ko lang sa exams week.. gusto ko muna kalimutan ang mga sad things and just have a break and splurge.. enjoy, aatake na naman si insomnia haha.
